Detailed Synopsis: Monica, a famous actress, moves back to her hometown when comments she made during an interview force her into hiding. While home she begins to rebuild her life by investigating the powers that put her in exile. One day she meets her childhood sweetheart Leo and the secrets he confides in her confirm the alternate reality that she is so desperately trying to prove exists. Together they decide to get their story out to the public and help expose the evil powers that have kept humanity in chains for so long.
